Technical Profile
Introduction
Empowered by Intel® Alder Lake 12th Gen P Processor and up to 64GB DDR5 memory, SR10A-X12 stands out from other rugged systems by amplifying its image processing ability with a frame grabber card. With a frame grabber taking over the processing of massive image signal from multiple cameras, the processor is liberated to tackle more workload from other external peripherals, which maximizes the throughput of SR10A-X12 and creates a seamlessly image acquisition of high resolution images and promised high efficiency of additional devices.
Not just powerful inside, SR10A-X12 guarantees smooth operation within wide temperature -40°C to 85°C and strongest endurance to stringent environments. With ability of high-speed image acquisition synchronizing with the movement of objects, optimal computing capacity excelling in multitasks, and robust structure complying to MIL-STD-810, SR10A-X12 is no doubt the first choice in application of defense, smart traffic and robotics, to manage target tracking& identification Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), image classification and gesture recognition.
Intel® Alder Lake 12th Gen P Processor & DDR5 Memory
SR10A-X12 maximizes its computing power, by utilizing Intel® Core™ i7-1270PE Processor (12 Cores, 16 Threads, 18M Cache, up to 4.50 GHz, Base power 28W) and up to 64GB DDR5 memory to handle massive and versatile data form the I/O(1x DP, 1x HDMI, 4x COM ports, 4x LAN, 3x USB 3.2+1x USB3.2 Type-C). Intel® Alder Lake 12th Processor, the first Intel® Core™ processors to feature performance hybrid architecture and AI acceleration, combining Performance-cores (P-cores) that focus on primary workloads with Efficient-cores (E-cores) that are built for multitasking, creates 1.07x gain in single-thread performance and up to 1.29x gain in multithread performance compared to 11th Gen Intel® Core™. Moreover, bolstered by DDR5 which represents a 50% increase in bandwidth compared to DDR4, SR10A-X12 with higher data transfer speed and memory efficiency brings overall enhancement in processing data of high volume, velocity and variety.
Frame Grabber Card
Computer vision which trains computers to interpret the visual world by using digital images from cameras and videos, allows machine to identify and classify objects. And that is what leads the prevalence of frame grabbers. The ability of high-speed image acquisition of high resolution images with special synchronization features in real-time is what makes frame grabbers a crucial role. Not only capturing frame from a video stream through the cameras and control all triggering and synchronization of the various image acquisition devices, frame grabber card allows CPU to remain unburdened with Direct Memory Access (DMA) which avoids overloading the CPU with image transfer operations by moving the image data to the RAM memory(DDR5) directly or vice versa.
With a frame grabber managing image processing and any additional manipulation of the image data, SR10A-X12 extends its power to capture image synchronously with the movement of objects.
MIL-STD-810 & Wire Rope Vibration Isolator
Showing high endurance to hostile environments, SR10A-X12 has wide temperature -40°C to 85°C and can withstands exposure to fog, sand, dust and humidity.
Additionally, to ensure high performance when being deployed in military defense vehicles which move across rocky, bumpy and rugged roads, SR10A-X12 enhances the ability to bear vibration and shock with the design of wire rope vibration isolator. By installed on a wire rope vibration isolator which absorbs unwanted energy and avoids the transmission of vibrations, SR10A-X12 obtains strengthened vibration resistance and is in compliance with MIL-STD-810 vibration test and shock test.
